Frequently asked questions
How long do custom works take?
Custom works can take anywhere from 2-5 business days from start to finish, depending on the project and the responsiveness of the client. However, I do accept rush orders that can be completed within 1 business day for an extra fee. Please contact me and I will see what I can do for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available free of charge. Each gift will be wrapped with kraft paper, twine and a kraft gift tag.
Please ensure to contact me before your purchase.
All our gift wrapping are either compostable or recyclable, please help us by disposing where appropriate!
How will my package be shipped?
We strive to keep our packaging sustainable and presentable for you! Smaller items individually packaged in glassine bags + enclosed in a high quality envelope. Larger items are packaged with a backing board in recyclable sleeves + enclosed in a rigid mailer.
All our shipping materials are either compostable or recyclable, please help us by disposing where appropriate!
I see a design on your page that I'd like to turn into a print/card/sticker, is that possible?
Yes, of course! I'd be happy to adapt my designs into different mediums if it's not already in my shop (with no additional cost). Please send me a message and I'll provide further instructions.
